1. print the 12 cards and spend a moment to learn the symbol’s meaning

2. shuffle and cut the cards

 

3. throw the cards in four rows of three cards each

 

4. feel the meaning of the symbols and read the 4 rows creating sentences like this:

relax and feel the sentences from the top down and one by one

 

give meaning to the symbols, the symbol's meaning shall be the most expansive and comprehensive possible

 

there is always a sense for which the sentence produces joy. authentic joy is the understanding that we are looking for

 

joy is the sign of understanding the sentence true meaning

 

the more you do it the more you will enjoy
